Cheers finally got under it at the weekend both springs amd shocks are a shocker!

Hi everyone had my 07 CR-V for a few months now and have just noticed the rear end has dropped both sides equal and only just missing the tyres drives fine no shakes or bangs haven’t had a chance to get under it yet but any ideas? cheers
