Just bought the car mention in the title, the problem I have is when I press the open on the nav console, the screen lowers satisfyingly but when I press close nothing happens also my cd player won't work and if I offer a cd then the eject motor makes a noise but won't take or spit out any CDs! Trevor Posted February 14, 2020 Share Posted February 14, 2020 Hi Pete....welcome to the Forum Sorry, never come across this fault before, however it does seem like it has been damaged in the past and there may be some debris inside the unit. Pompey Andy Posted February 14, 2020 Share Posted February 14, 2020 As Trevor says there maybe a CD stuck in there. There are loads of tips on the web and youtube about how to get stuck cd's out.
