stotty Posted October 8, 2020 Share Posted October 8, 2020 I bought a 2018 Civic type R GT that was a year old. It has a central tail pipe that is red. I have seen other ones with this style of pipe and I had a brochure showing this configuration. I have noticed that the red colour is coming off. I have spoken to the dealer who say that the red centre pipe was never an option and it must be an after market add on. The car only had 4000 miles when I bought it and I find this unusual. They will however sell me a new chrome back box for £770!! What I am asking is if anyone else had this problem. Do they have a factory fitted red centre pipe (or am I just going mad?)
