Jeremy Long Posted October 13, 2020 Share Posted October 13, 2020 2000 Honda Accord turning over but not starting. Will start if check engine light comes on but if it doesn't come on it won't start. This is the one which would power up the PGM-Fi system (pump, injectors, coil, etc) Do you hear any clicking from the relay box when switching the ignition on?
