Sooty180 Posted November 9, 2020 Share Posted November 9, 2020 Got my first Honda, a 2004 CRV EX 2.0 VTEC a few weeks ago, as a daily runaround for winter while I sort out my Alfa Romeo 147. Heard some good things about them, did a fair bit of research and found mine - test drove and bought it immediately. I'm really chuffed with the build quality and how well thought-out it is. I've replaced the old non-working satnav unit with a double DIN Android unit, and given it a service (spark plugs, air filter, oil filter, engine oil, gearbox and rear diff fluids, coolant change to type 2) and also replaced the Vtec solenoid valve gasket/filter as it was gunked up and giving error code P2159 every time I floored it. Also replaced the rear diff damper as it was worn and just rattling around in the bracket - didn't want it falling out and going through someone's windscreen!
