Brake failure.

Just 319 miles from new, on its 4th charge and the foot brake is so spongey, I can push it to the floor with my hand.

Unfortunate, I hear you say but take it to the dealer to repair.

That is the plan, but who pays for shipping the car from one island to the other where the dealers premises is?

So far, no one has an answer.

We traded in a Ford economy sport after 4 years of trouble free motoring, on island and touring the UK because it was no longer covered by warantee and repairs by the natives would be expensive and done badly.

Should have bought a petrol banger it seems and not trusted a superior brand name.

I bought a prelude many years ago and my wife bought one as well. Both cars were trouble free.

I hope someone can restore confidence in the brand.
