Dealership want silly money to resolve. Need Radio serial number to use online web site? I have tried YouTube recommendations pressing pre-set buttons 1 & 6 , 2 & 6. Nothing. Would the radio serial number be on the Sat nav unit? I'm assuming not? I would have to remove 6 disc changer / radio from dash ???
