Honda FR-V dynamic roof loading limit

Hello there

I have a 2006 Honda FR-V Sport (2.0L petrol) with original Honda roof bars (but not the later roof rails). The manual doesn't specify the safe dynamic roof load limit for the vehicle unfortunately. Searches online coming up with wildly different figures in the range of 50Kg-75Kg-100Kg.

 

Does anyone know where I can find this information as despite searching, im still none the wiser.

I think if they are original roof rails and they are now 19 years old and I would therefore place as little weight on them as possible to be on the safe side
