abs light flashing

I have replaced my abs unit with a guaranteed used, all , bled and put back and tested as good. car does all it should but now the abs dash light is flashing instead of being fully on.... any ideas?

Is there anyway you could scan the system to see what codes are there....cheap scan tool or local specialist?

Maybe a coding issue, could be a code that needs erasing from the memory, air in the system?
