Recently had strange fishy smell when using the air con on my 2015 Jazz CVT. The Honda service desk at my dealership says it needs regassing

but the air  con works fine so this can’t be necessary. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Mistake

My money is on a cabin filter might need changing and/or the air con needs cleansing to eliminate bacteria which are possibly source of the odour.

Air con cleansing and purifying sprays are cheap enough and can be got from most auto type shops amongst other places.
