Annoying rattle at rear (sonewhere).

When i go over slightly rough road there's this fairly sound rattling from the rear near side. Think its underneath. Took it to the garage twice and they said tightened up the rear seat brackets but I don't think its inside. More like suspension area. Only done 17K miles. Anyone had this? thanks.
