P0299 fault code

While driving a fault code p0299 came on slight loss of power the ran ok code has now gone any ideas at to what I was code says turbo issues so have put some turbo cleaner in anybody else had this problem

Did you fix it? What was the problem? I have the same problem, while driving the engine lost power, and the fault code is the same P0299. In Honda service told me that I must change the turbocharger.
