How do I upload a profile picture and add text to my profile please

Go to your account settings (top right corner of screen) and you should be able to edit them from there. 

If you can't do it then Message me through to my account and I can guide you through it further

 Hi Trevor, I can get to my setting area name, email etc and it has a change button but the profile section reads - Your profile is 100% complete! and there is no button. I don't do facebook if that makes a difference.
