Posted August 18, 20232 yr Can anyone help please . I have just become the proud owner of an immaculate 1996 Civic V tec. The radio will not let me enter the security code (which I have) most likely due to the incorrect method being used. I really want to keep the car original and would love to retain the radio . Any ideas please?
August 23, 20232 yr May be worth trying the dealer for the code sometimes costs but mostly I have got it for free You will need the radio serial number and maybe the registration document to prove ownership
September 22, 20232 yr The handbook should tell you how to enter the code and reset the time & radio.
