Stepwagon beeps when locking and unlocking

I bought a Stepwagon Spada 2013 plates about 6 months ago, mainly for it's loading capacity.

It does have one annoying feature in that it beeps every time it is locked or unlocked. I've tried Google translating some of the User Manual, but haven't yet found any reference to it. Does anyone know if is possible to disable the beep?

Agree with Scoobs and also the market dictates that it is audible for security and insurance reasons.
My Alfa Romeo Mito was not switchable to silent arm/disarm but if you set the region to the Netherlands it would be possible to switch off.
