Hi, I have just picked up my eny1 car and the non charging schedule screen is set at 11:30 until 5:30 and is in ON  position, Does That mean my car will not change between those times, ?? Should it be in thr off position to allow for the cheaper charging rates, I had it plugged in last night but no charging took place, Thanks for any help,  Cheers Mick 

Hi, is it set to 24 hour mode clock? It is assuming you have set it not to charge between 23:30 and 05:30hrs. Switch to off. 

Hi, you should make sure the car knows you are home using SatNav setting too.
