2012 Honda Civic Trip and Odometer issue (not displaying)

Hi, I've recently had my DPF externally cleaned and the temperature sensor replaced by a garage. 

Subsequently, trip A, trip B and the odometer are now not displaying. Everything else is OK. 

I've tried: 

• Resetting the trip meters. 
• Defaulted back to the original settings.
• Checked the 10a fuse in location no 29. (Haven't replaced it as looks OK). 
• Disconnected the negative battery terminal for 5 minutes or so, replaced it and still not resolved. (not sure if it's worth leaving longer). 

 

If anyone has any suggestions or have had similar and managed to resolve, any views are more than welcome.
