CRV 2013 petrol auto creaking when braking

Hi got a petrol crv 2013 ex auto 

Creaking noise coming from rear brakes whilst braking 5mph to 0 mph speed sounds like handbrake cable is stretching. 

Been in and out of the garage but they can't find anything was just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems.

I would strip the pads out and copperslip the contact points in the caliper carrier bracket then refit to see if that makes a difference
