Hi, I've got a 2009 RG1 Spada and the green light next to the D on the panel is flashing. 

Is it safe to drive until I can get it looked at or could it be something serious? I'm having trouble finding any info online about what it might be. The car is driving fine but I don't want to knacker it by driving it with a fault.
