Angelov Posted Thursday at 03:21 PM Author Posted Thursday at 03:21 PM Hi everyone, I’ve noticed an issue with my Honda CR-V Diesel 1.6 i-DTEC while idling. The instantaneous fuel consumption fluctuates significantly, pulsing between 0 and 20 liters, even though the engine RPM remains stable. This behavior has me puzzled, and I’m wondering what might be causing it. I’ve considered factors like the ECON mode, auxiliary systems, DPF regeneration, and potential sensor glitches, but I’m not sure if these are the main reasons. Does anyone else with the same model experience this issue? Are there known solutions or insights into what might be going on? Any advice or shared experiences would be much appreciated—thanks in advance!
