Hi , we are new to the forum and have a Honda Civic type S petrol for sale , great history inc cambelt change , its done just over 200k but is exeptinally clean for the year and mileage. Just wondered whether the guys on here who appreciate the quality and engines from Honda would give me some valuation advice.

Hi everyone i have finally joined a motorcycle club even though i have been riding since i was 16 i am now 60 i currently own a Honda cb400f 1976 and before that i have owned a couple of HONDA CB550 but i am having some running issues at the moment with the 400 will not idle off the choke i have stripped and cleaned carbs checked and adjusted the tappets and it has electronic ignition it runs like crap i am thinking it needs top end freshen up any thoughts if anyone lives in Didcot oxon and knows their way around the old Hondas their help would be welcome

Hi everyone ..Multiple Honda owner here 2 cars and Four Bikes but sadly one of my old favourites has reached retirement time for me. Its a 1998 Accord Saloon 2.0 VTEC 130k on the clock But sadly showing her age and i cant justify keeping it any more. Sent it to my local garage and it failed MOT and its too much for me to consider doing. (Happy to supply failure sheet if anyone is interested) Engine and gearbox are really good car runs great if anyone needs a Donor car. I'm not going to break it for parts or sell it bit by bit so if anyone is interested Its the whole car thats available.V5 is in my name and i have owned the car over 10 years.

I have a 2017 HONDA HR-V BLACK EDITION I-DTEC 120 (1.6cc) & have ongoing issues with the idle stop and wondering if this is a common problem? Over the past 2 years it’s been in the Garage at least 6 times for the same issue or issues relating to the idle stop and is booked back into garage agin tomorrow. The idle stop works for so long (anything from a few days to max 6 months) and then randomly stops working with a dash warning showing low battery charge. It was last in the garage 2 weeks ago when they again charged the battery overnight, fault again seemed to be rectified but 10 days & 300 miles later the same issue. Hi, Desperately looking for a replacement front windscreen. The only 2 breaker jades in country don't have one intact. c.2K from japan!!! 6 month lead time. Have found someone in UK who can make a minimum of 5 of them but would need a couple of other buyers to justify. OEM: 73111T4R003 Maybe someone knows of an unlisted broken Jade somewhere? as I can have a guy who can remove the glass safely. any help appreciated. or am looking at a write off. Brian.

Hi all. thanks for the in. i have Civic 1.6 Dtec. Love the car hate the gremlins. auto stop start issues are killing me. £600 down with new alternator, new battery and now new battery sensor and it still isnt working properly. Very intermittent but mostly not working. car has been on OBD and there are no faults showing. Car has been told it has a new battery. Can anyone throw some light on this?

Hello, I've just signed up having owned my 2009 CDTi for about 18 months. A couple of problems have now appeared which I'm hoping that members will be able to help and advise me on. Anyone know a good place to get Honda spare parts instead of from a dealer ?

I have just joined this site and look forward to using it. My recent purchase is a Honda Jazz SR and I'm really pleased with it. I would have liked a higher spec model, but decided to stretch that far financially; however this still has lots of great features and, if the truth be known, there is so much that I will take weeks to get to grips with. It's a beautiful drive. My last car was a Toyota Celica Sports Coupe, which I owned for nearly 20 years from new. It had fantastic reliability, and I believe Honda has a similar reputation for its cars. Maybe all Japanese cars are good!

There are though, loads of bits and pieces that I could do with understanding on the car but obviously the supplied owner manual is Japanese. Honda have been less than helpful saying there's some coming soon ,on its way over, being shipped whatever.total bol***ks . They've been lying to me continually and I can't believe I'm the only one .
