I took my car to Halfords due to my drivers side headlight not working the guy had a look and said the bulb holder was broken i have tried everywhere to replace it but even Honda can not help me , could anyone please tell me what this part is called

Hi all! Recently purchased an 08 1.8 ivtec 5door hatch UK spec and have an issue with the right drivers side window run channel. It has a small nick in it which causes the window to jam. But the biggest issue with this is... Honda have discontinued the part and it seems no where sells it!!! Does anyone has a source for this part? i believe the part number to be 72235-SMG-E01 (but you can correct me on that) Any help from any other owners would be huuugely appreciated! Thanks guys

During a system report I have been notified of P0847 - Transmission Fluid Pressure Switch "B" (Third Clutch) Circuit Low. I have tried to investigate further but can you help if this is a garage job or something I can easily do myself (ps I am pretty useless with cars). Appreciate your help, Matt

I have had Lionel from new and have wanted to upgrade the feeble horn. How do I get to it and can I fit another one adjacent? I fitted another one in parallel on my Jazz and it sounded great afterwards. That location was in front of the o/s front wheel behind the wheel arch liner. I have finally discovered it down by aircon heat exchanger, RH side when viewed from front. It looks extremely difficult to connect another one in parallel unless I remove sump guard etc.

Anyone know if a fn2 type s 1.8 vetec gearbox will fit onto a fn2 k20z4 type r engine

Hi all, I have a 2007 2.2 diesel I parked it up last October while I was doing bots and pieces I started it in February and as expected it fired right up however I tried starting it 2 weeks ago but it wouldn't even crank over theres a clicking noise from the glow plug relay but nothing else the starter was tested and is fine, I'm stumped any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

Hiya folks. I have an 09 2.2 diesel with an annoying ABS warning light….. The warning came on a few months ago and showed a fault with the OSR sensor. I eventually got round to replacing the offending item o oh to find that a fault was now also showing for the OSF sensor. A pain in the butt, but got that replaced too. The warning light now periodically comes on, and then resets when the ignition is turned off for a period of time. There seems to be no pattern for it in terms of speed, journey duration etc. Sometimes I can do my 20mile commute and it’s fine, other times I might go a mile and it comes on. Hi Folks! I know my civic is old, its a 55 plate, first reg Feb 06, so probably 05 manufacture, but does anybody know if there is a way of telling how near start of manufacture it is, or how many in the UK are older? Hope to hear from you.

Hi All. New here because my wife has just got a Civic ES.Without thinking I went out and bought a set of parking sensors only to find its not that straight forward a job getting in behind front and rear bumpers to check for hole drilling and to feed wires. Has anybody done this job or can advise me how to gain access. Regards Keith.

Hi all I have replaced my rear left and right calipers the left one was dune with no issue when we went to do the right started to feel no resistance on pedal and noticed that we was looking at the wrong reservoir and emptied it topped it back up when noticed but brakes still show no air when re-bleeding any help will be appreciated
