    Cigarette lighter, for Bluetooth device

    Hi, I have a Honda insight, 2009, I wanted to connect bluetooth device so I can connect to my phone. It does not work. The device works on another car. I don't know where the fuse box is or how to find it as people mentioned this could be an issue. Any device on how to resolve this issue would be much appreciated. If there is another way of fixing, please advise.
