Hi all, My sat nav disc has become corrupted so I am unable to use anything. Is it a simple fix of buying a new one that matches the year of my car or something else? Any help would be great thanks.

Not worked since I have owned the car, purchased from a family member. As far as I know its an original disc. OK so worth a shot just getting a cleaning disc? I can not use any other functions due to the error, the screen just goes black and then times out. Would really like to actually use the radio properly and change the setting for the heater 🤣 Do you have a link to replacement parts please?

Looking for advice or recommendation on repairing my sat nav on my 04 tourer. Unit displays disc error. Not sure if I can buy a new disc or just replace the head unit or the dvd unit?
