Hi James I didn't realise I hadn't posted the engine size - doh - I'll have to see if I can edit my post. It's a 1.8 litre. 'Fully loaded' means the car was built to the highest spec. As far as the price is concerned, I was advised by the Owner's Club to invite offers.
