1982 to 1994 Accord

Hi, I have a 1984 honda accord 3GX 1829cc. I replaced the battery 3 weeks ago. I have only owned the car for 5 weeks and the interior clock stays on after the ignition is off and the numbers on the clock continuously ascend. So effectively the clock doesn't work. I left the car for a week and when I went back to it the car won't turn over and the clock is off and it appears that the new battery is completely dead. The only thing I can think of is that the car has an electrical fault and somehow the battery is being drained. (is the clock a clue?) Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be going on? Thanks.

Hi All, Does anyone know where I can find an original Honda part (cambelt) for my 1984 honda accord 3gx 1829cc. At honda main dealers they say it could take a month to get the part so I am just trying to find if it can be done quicker. But I want an OEM part not a copy which I know will be quicker. I've had the above garaged since 'Sorning' back in September 2018 - vehicle has been started every week and moved to avoid anything seizing up 125,000 miles 2 owners since new with previous owner being a family member No MOT since being Sorned Good condition throughout with a couple of minor rust spots otherwise solid Any ideas - have consulted motoring people in the know who reckon from £1500 - £3000 which seems a wide variance

I have recently bought a trike with a honda engine,believed to come out of a 1600 accord hondamatic,, I am struggling to find spares as I do not know the car model the engine and auto gearbox came from the engine number is EL-1834650 can anyone please suggest where I can find any information Thanks

Love my Honda Accord borne 1991 very much and I been looking after her very well last 4 years. As moving out of uk want to sell it or if you advise me to keep and restore for later years ! I have recently purchased this 1985 Honda Accord which is in very good condition bodily and mechanically. However, there are a couple of things I would like to do, they are: Passenger front indicator lens.... Drivers door strip with chrome insert.... Hello. My old 93 accord which still runs great has developed occasionally a squeeling sound going around left hand bends. At first I thought it was the tyre scrapping then discounted it. Also sometimes when I am stopped at lights the speedo goes up and down. Any ideas? Thanks
