Honda Car Care and Detailing Inside & Out

Need to know which is the best wax? looking for advice on how clean leather? Get that perfect shine! Car care discussions

  1. Started by Steve,

What car cleaning and wax do you use on your Honda? I like using R222 R222 100% Carnauba Wax is R222’s first car wax made with only pure carnauba wax. No beeswax or paraffin wax – just true Brazilian carnauba. You’ll see the same deep reflections and shine you’ve come to expect from a wax made by P21S, with an even more impressive wet look. Your vehicle will ripple with gloss under a coat of R222 100% Carnauba Wax! Sonus deep clean polish before waxing through.. deepens the shine!

  3. Found the problem - there was a marble lodged in the seat runner rail that was stopping the lift bar from lifting enough to disengage the slide mechanism.

I have a 1982 Honda Civic Station Wagon. I want to touch up some areas or maybe do a complete respray. Unfortunately the paint sticker is faded and I cannot read the colour. All I can get off the sticker is “Dulux” and something “red”, ie there’s a word before “red” but I just can’t read it. The existing paint looks maroon/brown. I’m gonna research it but thought someone might know. Cheers!

Hi, does anybody know what products is best to improve visibility of rear spoiler window that is made of Lexan polycarbonate and has UV damage. I wonder if anyone knows if it’s possible to replace rear spoiler window with a glass alternative and if this can be done? I have been quoted 1k to replace and looking for a quick fix in the meantime time cheers. SJ
