We are reluctantly selling our lovely FRV EX automatic in black. ULEZ compliant. This 6-seater car has a full-service history and an MOT with no advisories until 2024. It includes rear parking sensors, climate control, a multi-function steering wheel, CD and radio with AUX port for smartphone / MP3 connectivity, 3 Isofix points, leather seats all round, heated front seats, privacy glass, roof rails, electric folding mirrors, electric windows all round, cruise control and a Parrot Bluetooth hands free kit. Hi all, In the next month or 2 i will be starting to look for either a clean MK7 or 8 Petrol Manual, ideally 2.4 over 2.0 but both considered, also FSH and minimal to no rust is ideal. Don't mind either Saloon or Tourer. I am based in Pembrokeshire, Wales but willing to travel for the right car, but anything close to south wales would be much preferred. I have around 4k or up to 5k at a stretch to spend on the right car so would be interested to see what is out there.

Recently renewed MOT, some minor problems, but still roadworthy. Mileage is 207,000; colour Red. The car is a 1.4 automatic, 144000 miles. Was in regular use until today and drove very well. Recent new front tyres, nice interior. Bad news is that front to back brake lines are corroded and leaking fluid. On a quick inspection will need welding, to at least both sills plus front suspension mounting for next mot. Car is not driveable, needs to be towed or trailered away but a shame to scrap. Price is £210 fixed which is the scrap value. Located in Luton not far from junction 10 of the M1. As above 125k miles 2.2crdi Has had an alternator 2 years ago, good all season tyres, new starter motor earlier in 2024, newish battery, and recently new clutch and DMF. Unfortunately when the clutch went it must have damaged synchromesh and it now grinds going into 2nd gear. Other gears all fine. And it doesn't always grind, in fact generally when I am driving it's about 30% of the time on the way up, and 60% of the time on the way down. . Me and the missus have owned this car for 15 years, we bought it with 14000 miles on in 2010 and it was my pride and joy. We are moving to Devon in the next few weeks and unfortunately we have to let it go as its not really suitable for the local roads down there. This has been my wifes daily driver for the most part as I have a company car. Its done 97000 miles and been serviced every 10k (some main dealer when it was newer).
