[Hi, new Jazz Hybrid owner just registered]

Hello everyone. We have a new Honda Jazz and also a 6 year old CRV which we've had from new.

[Honda Jazz 2021 Hybrid SOS amber indication]

Hi, my wife has had her Jazz hybrid for a month and still getting used to it. She noticed that there is an amber "i" on the digital dash and on scrolling through the various menus has found that there is and amber "SOS" on the dash. We haven't noticed this before. Is this normal? the SOS button in the roof is illuminated in red, we don't know if this is the normal state either! One further question, the car is used mainly for short journeys to the shops, is it better to have the gear selector in "B" or "D"?
