    Honda HR-V 2002 1.6 automatic judder when starting off.

    It's an easy fix; the auto transmission fluid needs to be changed at regular intervals (specific CVT requirement) and when the fluid is losing it's edge the judder is noticeable. Make sure that you use genuine Honda CVT fluid, it's an easy enough job and I've been doing my wife's car ever since the dealer warranty expired; it's 21 years old now.
