I bought this car in March 2024 new. I was told that it would lose miles if I used the aircon. I was not told that in Winter it would lose many many miles Are you experiencing the same? 250 published miles went down to 160 miles on full charge. I have spoken to Honda and they say there is nothing wrong with the car.!! My point is that this car is not fit for purpose Does anyone have any comments? I am waiting for the Motor Omdudsman to respond Regards Philip

I have had my Eny 1 for 11 months. It went in in October 2024 as the mileage at 100% charge was 168 miles. They played with the ECP but no better I took it in again 10.2.2025 and they played with the EPC and did a factory software update . At 100% charge it was 203 miles full charge with no heater or aircon on It dropped to 123 miles very quickly after 60 miles trip. I have today spoken to Honda technical and they very quickly came back to me. They said that the car is behaving normal and that the mileage achieved is normal in this colder weather. If I put the heater on then I get about 95 miles. They said that this was Honda's first electric vehicle. I read into that that it wasn't really a success. I said to the lady that I have no confidence in driving it long journeys. I live in Lancashire and a regular drive to London I used to make would result in 6 stops there and back without delays etc. We are stuck with it chaps

thanks but do other manufacturers have the same issue? I would not have bought this had I been told of the problem how can it only do 138 miles on a 100% charged battery that is insane isn't it?

I bought a new ENY1 in March 2024. I knew that the total miles at 100% was rubbish (about 250) but I didn't expect my surprise on the first cold day today I charged it overnight last night when the air temperature was -3 deg C. When I started the car this morning it said 100% charged. It also said 138 miles to empty I rang the Honda garage where I bought it from and they said I could expect a drop in cold weather as it didn't have a heat converter Can this be correct.? They did offer to have a look at to see if the computer needed a memory dump etc Thanks everyone Philip
