But it has this warning it drives OK

Has no engine management light a cheap obd tool didn't say anything 

But it seems to relate to fuel injection system.

I can't take it to a garage as its not my car the car is priced accordingly .

Could this be a real headache should I stay clear or u think it will be something fairly manageable in your experience of hondas
