Fuel consumption concerns

Hi everyone, thanks for letting me join.

I love Honda's .but this is my first Honda CRV it's a MK1.. RD1 2.0 petrol 2000 model AWD automatic.

80k miles from new full dealer history from 2000 to 2019.

Maintained regardless of cost.

Air con, 4 x elec windows, remote central locking, electric heated door mirrors. Alloys with good tyres and no warning lights.

Table in the rear boot area.

I am just surprised it is doing 22 mpg or is that normal.? B20 engine.

Also I am looking for a jack and load cover. Let me know if anyone has one.
