front offside Brake caliper for a 4th gen Civic (hreg)

Hi All

I am having trouble finding a front offside brake caliper for my h reg civic 4th gen.  (part no.  45210-SH3-E11)  I bought one from Autodoc after typing in my reg number. It arrived and the garage said its the wrong part, All the others on that site are out of stock and Honda in Worthing gave me a part number but they cannot find any available sources either. If any one has any advice it would be greatly appreciated...thank you.
