Always charge your vehicle to 100% as instructed in the owners manual.

Set Non charging schedule timings to Home position, should you live in a new property and it is unlisted on navigation screen, use coordinates I.e, Lat & Long in Degrees, minutes & seconds. This works and your schedule won't switch off as it cannot find it's" Home"

Can you share where in the manual it states to charge to 100%

Try page 344 of The Owners Guide (Not a manual) I noticed this 2 months prior to delivery of the vehicle having read the online version. I always do this, many obviously don't bother. It's quite clear 

I appreciate your info re the manual to charge to 100% however from what I read online it’s recommended to charge on a regular basis to 85%. My dealer also advocated this at the handover.

Recently I required additional mileage and on two occasions charged to 100%. On both occasions the estimated mileage was around 130 miles. I generally drive in eco mode and never drive fast or over rev.

Im now wondering whether I should book the car in at the dealer as 130 miles on a full charge is ridiculous. I realise that in the winter the range will be down but this can’t be right.

Any opinions/advice greatly appreciated.

Nothing on charging to 100% on every charge...

Page 563 of the online guide clearly states: (as does the UK version of the guide)

The High Voltage battery gradually discharges even if the vehicle is not in use. As a result, if your vehicle is parked for an extended period of time, the battery level may get low. Keeping your vehicle’s battery level low can shorten the battery life, negatively affecting the vehicle’s range. To maintain the battery while the vehicle is not in use, recharge the battery at least once every three months. The High Voltage battery life can also be affected by ambient temperature. In particular, when it is cold outside, the vehicle’s driving range can be reduced, and a longer battery charging time is required. In addition, parking in extremely hot or cold environments can accelerate battery drain. To help extend the lifespan of the battery, it is recommended that you fully charge the battery each time prior to driving.

I see you in NZ not UK some differences with the manual/Guide.

Have you experienced any issues with the charging or non charging schedule switching "off" when charged using this at home.

I have recently purchased a ENY:1 and used a public charger for the first time this week. The charger had a capability speed of 150KW, but when I used it, the actual speed was only 30KW. Spoke to a Honda dealer, who said the speed was limited to protect the battery.

 

Firstly, if this is true, it's pointless paying the rate for the high speed charger if the vehicle won't charge at that speed. 

Secondly, I was disappointed by the time it took to charge the vehicle.

 

Anyone had the same issue, and can it be improved?

Sorry can’t help much on that front as I’ve only used home charger however I’m due to travel slightly further afield next month and had planned to use a fast charger in a supermarket. 
Find it hard to believe that you can’t get the benefit of a fast charger when you’re paying a premium.

Quite a few have complained of low charging capability, not as low as 30Kw but having had other issues with the Non Charging schedule it would appear neither Honda nor it's appointed dealerships know too much about this new to Honda technology.  Hang in there as having had many conversations with customer service, Japan tech will sort it soon. Hopefully.
