With all the bad news thats going around lately, let's all keep our chin up with a bit of music. Let's run a "Your song of the day" using YouTube videos Pop a new song up daily and keep it going! my choice today is The Chain by Fleetwood Mac, seems to be chilling me out but giving just enough drive to power me through the day 🙂

Just heard it on the Grape Vine that they are sneakily going to increase Car Tax in April , another Cash Cow for this Tory Government soon it will be too expensive to own your own car or is that the game they are playing. ???? BAZZER RN1

Had my renewal update from the RAC today, was £29.50 a month now going up to £46.99. !! So a phone call when I can find the right contact number- 'How can we help you today'? Easy cancel my membership your taking the P with that sort of increase I'll go with Green Flag. 'Lets see if I can help you' .....pause.... 'How about if we can renew your membership with all the current benefits for £31.00'?...... So I said yes but it seems we are being screwed left, right and centre if we don't fight back. Alan

Seen that Car Insurance Companies are blaming the increased high cost of Car Insurance this year on Electric Cars , I am not a fan of Electric Cars but this comment by Insurance Companies seems to me to be a fob off by them to unjustifiably penalise all Motorists to increase the insurance costs What do other Members think ???

Sun, Sea and I'm too old to remember what the other was, Brazzer RN 1 will know!! You all enjoy yourself I'll like after the shop!! My old dad use to use his hanky as a sun hat - tie a knot at each corner and off you go..... I can remember as a kid having a knitted looking/feeling swimming trunks, ok till they go wet, and when you came out of the water the crotch was full of wet sand and round your knees.... My mother used to put Baby Oil (steady it's my mother) on as sun tanning oil - it was all the rage! Then when we were all red as beetroot we were covered in Calamine lotion that turned into a white powder.... Happy Days

Hi Guys Its very quiet on the forum lately unless everyone is on a well earned Holiday or having a nice rest with trouble free motoring .
