Hi, I've recently had my DPF externally cleaned and the temperature sensor replaced by a garage. Subsequently, trip A, trip B and the odometer are now not displaying. Everything else is OK. I've tried: Resetting the trip meters. Defaulted back to the original settings. Checked the 10a fuse in location no 29. (Haven't replaced it as looks OK). Disconnected the negative battery terminal for 5 minutes or so, replaced it and still not resolved. (not sure if it's worth leaving longer). If anyone has any suggestions or have had similar and managed to resolve, any views are more than welcome. Thanks

Hi, I have a 2014 Civic Tourer SRi Diesel, which I love incidentally. In 2015 Honda decided to change the SatNav/radio/rear view camera monitor unit, which I believe was made by a company called Atlas, changing to a Garmin model. I can no longer get map & software updates for the SatNav and recently I haven't been able to get dynamic traffic info updates rendering the unit next to useless. Honda can't do anything for me! I imagine this is the same for all similar owners in my situation but has anyone had a replacement fitted in-dash that can utilise the functions of the car when it was new, ie: radio, SatNav, rear view camera? Thanks in anticipation. PS, for anyo…

Morning! I've just inherited a 62 plate Honda Civic 1.8 petrol for my late father. I've been looking to buy a Haynes manual and to give it a service but I'm having a bit of trouble being certain which parts I need as 2012 seems to be a boundary year for this model. I was wondering if you guys could help me identify exactly which model I have and which manual/parts I need? My first issue is the Haynes manual. The Haynes site returns this https://haynes.com/en-gb/honda/civic/2006-2012 which, at a glance, would be the one I need but it also states: As a 62 plate which covers Sep 2012 - Feb 2013, does this mean it's no…

Hello, I joined in August as we already have one 2013 Civic, but have recently bought a 2017 Civic diesel as I had written off my husbands Mondeo 😜😵 So we now have two Civics. However, I had a fiddle with the bits on the wheel, and changed to monitoring miles travelled on A. And it appears as though I may have turned off the stop/start function possibly by doing this, as a message flashed up something about it not being available, but I did not really see it well enough to read it properly (too quick). Sure enough, the stop/start no longer appears to be working, and I cannot find any information about getting it working again in the manual. …

I have a 2012 civic. It doesn't have auto folding mirrors on lock. There isn't anything in the settings to enable it. Is it possible to enable it with an OBD scanner or is there any other way to do it other than pressing the button before turning the engine off?

Can anybody help with my problem. I was driving normally and the DPF warning sign cane on and the car has restricted power. The AA came out to have a look at the car and plugged in the diagnostic reader and there was no fault codes. Which he was surprised and not sure what to do next, apart to say to take it to the garage and for them to sort it out. I wasn't really that impressed with the guy. So is this going to be a costly fix and I have just spent £600 on a replacement egr cooling pipe !! Please help anyone 🙏 😢
