  1. Hi , I thought I would share this tip with you, I have been using DiamondBrite Ceramic Glaze for a while after washing my CRV and the results are fantastic, It comes in a Spray Bottle and its easy to use, it puts a ceramic glaze protective coating on the paintwork and provides excellent beading when it rains. its not that expensive and gives a mirror like finish after use, My car is Night Hawk Black so not easy to keep clean but this certainly helps.Give it a try and let other Members know if your as pleased as I am with the result Just a Tip Guys BAZZER RN 1

  2. Hi Trevor and all Members I have just seen an email from GSF today that the 65% off Sale is back on so might be a good time to see if you need to replace anything and save a few quid or two. I dont have any connection with GSF just hoping that Members might take advantage of this offer as I did and saved money with a set of Drivetec Windscreen Wipers. BAZZER RN 1

  3. Just replace the CVT oil only with OEM Honda CVT-F. My Jazz is about to reach 200k km. I took it with juddering symptoms at 80k km. Judder appears usually after 3-4 years after oil change or 40-50k km range. I just change the oil and the magic happens again 🙂

  4. Hi! Any API category above SJ or SL is superior and you can use API SN without fear, it is better than hanbook recommendation. Beside the OEM Honda engine oil, if you stick to 5w30 or 5w40 viscosity index, you have a lot of good oil brands at your disposal (Liqui Molly, Ravenol, Motul, Mobil1, Yacco, etc.). I know that some honda dealers are using Castrol engine oil in after warranty service, but I don't trust Castrol as in my country this is the most fake fabricated oil (I live in Roumania). As long as you keep a yearly oil change interval or max 10k km, you can use the cheapest oil which respects the handbook or is above those specs.

  6. So the the AA man turned up spent an hour trying to work out why it wouldn’t start apparently the fact that it keeps the starter engaged for a period after letting go of the key is normal so the problem lies elsewhere. The car is recovered to the Honda dealer they diagnose an EGR valve and almost £700 later we pick the car up. So here is to many more trouble free miles a bit steep for an EGR valve replacement but at least peace of mind. WRONG!!!!!! Get up the next morning to the exact same fault with the car refusing to start like it’s got no compression only now we are £700 lighter which luckily we videoed, the AA man turned up and lo and behold the car started. So I drove it back to the Honda dealer and it’s there as we speak hopefully it doesn’t start tomorrow morning. Thank you Trevor for your input.
