Hello All - Welding advice please

Hello all,

Good to see a busy looking forum.

I don't wish to post questions in the wrong locations but ,where can i post a new topic regarding advice needed before I weld the rear arches on my old civic?

I want to upload some pics of the rust and take some more experienced advice of any of you welders out there.
