What happened: I ran out of battery, all good and beautiful, I call a friend with a car, I take the battery from with him same Ah but I put wrong. I put the wrong terminals on the battery .. that is + instead of - and - instead of + please what can happen? Because my car no make any noise ... no have any power :(((

Hi....welcome to the Forum

 

The reversal of battery terminals can be enough to destroy electronic components that are current polarity sensitive....unless they have diode protection.
If the vehicle is not responding to the new battery (assuming it is fully charged 12volts) then chances are the Electronic Control Units (ECU) are fried and also the Alternator is more than likely damaged as well.

It looks like you'll need to take it to a reputable garage or auto electrician to diagnose the fault and damaged components

Seems like it affected the typing on your keyboard as well. 😊

 

It's an easy thing to do.

Worst case - you've done major damage to the electronics of the car.

 

If you're lucky, it's just the immboliser.
