I'm thinking of buying a second hand one of the above (8 or 9 yrs old) Japanese Import.

Does anyone have experience of either of these cars with more than 100k on the odometer?

Hi....welcome to the Forum

 

I do not know of any issues other than the odd battery cell going faulty but cheap to replace (albeit by a qualified Hybrid technician)

Otherwise, I don't think you'll have any issues for years to come.

Worth checking the system through the onboard diagnostic display to view the battery and Hybrid condition to ensure it is not failing in any way.
