2016 Honda Civic touchscreen Norwich

Hi all 

I would really like to work out what can be done to the touch screen as in different screens like boost / constant MPG / Netflix / videos sent from phone / videos from internet. 
Have not too much idea of how to sort these issues out, I seem to keep going round in circles anyone out there good at explaining what can be done and how to do it ?
I understand there are various “Hacks” that can be done to make viewing films on the screen etc but should this be tried or ??????
