Audio upgrade

I have a 2013 CR-V with am/fm cd audio and would like to add DAB. I have a genuine Honda CR-V audio Model 39100-T1G-G311-M1 which has FM/DAB but when I swapped it with the original unit the DAB does not work. Do I need an adaptor or some other additional part?

Usually DAB requires an additional aerial to pick up digital stations.
