I have just cleaned the egr valve on 2007 Honda CVr put it back on the car and now the car won’t start

Try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting.
Switch the ignition on and try starting....although not sure why it wouldn't start after removing and refitting the EGR unless you knocked a connection to a sensor (crank sensor?)
