I drive a 2016 1.6 Diesel CRV,it has 20K miles and the clutch judders a lot when the engine is cold,is this normal or not?

I have experienced this with mine and it seems to have done this for years and not got any worse

My 2016 diesel does it when cold/damp, the dealer says it doesn't do any harm, it seems to be a common problem but I don't know if they all do it.  I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known about this.  On the other hand people do high mileages in them and the clutch seems to work.  Mine only has 23k miles on it.
