Hi my name is Marc (new member)  and I own a metalic bronze 1978 Hoda Civic 1.2 5 door. The car is in excellent condition and runs well apart from a recent problem

of the carburetor leaking badly after priming and restarting car after 18 months lay up.

I have contacted the local Portsmouth Honda dealer who was very helpful and passed my request for a carb refirb kit to Honda UK.

Unfortunately they are unable to help due to the age of the car, and I was wondering if any member can point me in the right direction.

The carb in question is a GT3 DCG - 306 - 45A. As the car runs well I will only require a gasket and O ring kit if possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Marc.....welcome to the Club

You could try Burlen services in Salisbury as they are a carburettor company (originally SU carburettors) and may know where to source a kit for you.
