Limp mode code P1384

Hi

my car is a 2006 2.2 diesel CRV. I keep getting the following fault on my diagnostic unit. I have read this relates to the heater plugs but they are all working well and I can get the fault for several minutes after getting going. After that it stays off until the next time you use it. It puts the car into limp mode so I am presently resetting it every time I use the car which is a pain. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
