Hi guys I'm new to this club, hope everyone is in good health. 

I installed new lowering springs now hearing clanking noise when turning, anyone has any ideas to share will be great. 

Sounds like the springs are moving in the strut plates.

Maybe loosen the mounting bolts on the strut top whilst on the ground and retighten as it may have been tightened when off the ground and no load on the springs
