New Maps offer on Garmin Express

Hi,

I have just updated my free maps via the Garmin Express App as usual but upon completion I received notification of a brand new map and software update for a fee. Has anyone updated there 2016 CR-V with this successfully?? 

Do I bite the bullet and pay around £22 for a possible fail??

 

Anyone running the software successfully?

It's not a bad punt to go for the update but my only worry is if it doesn't work is it easy to revert back to the earlier update?
