One morning last week I started car set controls to de-mist but fan did not come on. tried various settings, but still no blow. drove off still altering settings and blower did come on and worked fine till I got to my destination.  Following morning fan came on, worked fine for 5 mins then went off and has not worked since. checked fuses and they are fine.

 

Wondering if you folks have any experience of this and a resolve ?

Could be the heater resistor pack failing....quite a common fault on a lot of vehicles, although usually work on high fan speed only
